Our mission is to provide high quality rental properties near the Ohio State University for students, faculty and surrounding neighbors.  We are private owners taking pride in providing renovated, well maintained and managed units with a personal touch.  We are not a large corporation or management service handling tens or hundreds of units.  What we do provide is courteous service, prompt response and high professional integrity.  

The units are spacious brick doubles with a Victorian history and ambiance.  Many of the units have new insulated windows and new forced air gas furnaces which offer great comfort and utilities savings.  All units have incredible hardwood floors and moldings, renovated kitchens and baths,  washer-dryer, mini blinds and free off-street parking.
